Summary
Responsible for P&L management and direct operational and business management for an entire division, both temp/contract and direct-hire/executive, within an office location. Responsible for identifying and developing all employees, leading staff and managers, defining strategy and business plans, and ensuring the division is excelling within the market.
Additionally accountable for business development. Must have extensive staffing or placement industry experience, with proven success, in addition to leadership and management skills and an expertise in business development and recruiting for contract/temporary services or full-desk experience within a specialized executive search or direct- hire placement practice.
Essential Job Duties
- Ability to identify and develop staff and client relationships effectively.
- Ability to manage P&L for Division
- Ability to build successful team and manage entire division.
- Ability to lead and manage recruiting teams and full life cycle of recruiting.
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with staff and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience building teams of recruiting and sales professionals from the ground up.
- Strong managerial experience.
- Proven track record of individual production and performance.
- Ability to work equally well independently and as part of team.
- Confidence in your ability to make a positive first impression on the phone and in person.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen as well as you speak.
- Customer service orientation required to develop meaningful long-term relationships with clients.
- Effective time management skills that allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven, extremely competitive environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Proven ability to manage constructive criticism and coaching resulting in immediate improvements.
- Goal-oriented personality with superior work ethic, tenacious attitude and self-learner.
