LOCATION: Hybrid (4 days at HQ in Epsom, Surrey or Manchester)
SALARY: Upto £55k per annum + Commission

The Job Specification – Recruitment Consultant.
Their flexible model caters for 180 focused roles on either the Client business development side or the Candidate generation side. For more experienced hires they can also offer a 270 or 360 desk model.
Their hiring criteria is based around ICCE:
Intelligence -Character – Coachable – Experience
Experience comes last at CD for good reason as many of their top billers come from a host of sales backgrounds – estate agency, insurance sales, various B2B sales industries. However, ideally you are currently building a career in:
- IT Recruitment (the more related to their sector the better)
- SAAS sales (BDR/SDR role)
Grit, intellectual curiosity, drive, persistence, ambition – most people think they embody these characteristics but they are looking for the top percentile.
