Gresham Executive, a boutique Executive Search specialist, is expanding its Benelux team in
Amsterdam. With a strong presence in markets such as the DACH region, the United States
and the Benelux, we work with leading Private Equity funds to attract exceptional talent to
investment teams and portfolio companies.
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver
tailor-made, strategic solutions to our clients, while developing your career in a dynamic,
collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
About this role
In this role, you will manage the entire Executive Search process and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of leadership teams within the Private Equity sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates at the executive level.
- Developing market insights and advising clients on strategies and candidate profiles.
- Conducting in-depth market analysis and identifying top talent through targeted research and mapping.
- Managing end-to-end search processes, including briefings, interviews and shortlist presentations.
- Facilitating interactions between clients and candidates, such as interviews, feedback and negotiations.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand Gresham Executive’s market position.
- Ensuring long-term success by maintaining relationships after placement.

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search or a related field (Senior Consultant roles require more experience).

Commercial acumen: Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management.

Executive communication skills: The ability to communicate with highly qualified professionals and exude confidence at senior levels.

Analytical skills: Strong research and problem-solving capabilities.

Professionalism: Discretion with sensitive information and a representative appearance.

Language skills: Fluent Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
