About Phipps Cameron
Phipps Cameron is a boutique executive search and recruitment business headquartered in London, with a European office in Hamburg. Hamburg operations are divided into two divisions: Senior Finance Leadership and Corporate Development. Both divisions serve private equity funds, addressing permanent and interim requirements for their portfolio companies. Additionally, the Corporate Development team collaborates with large corporate and listed businesses (FTSE 100, DAX 40, etc.).
These clients operate in fast-paced environments and demand the highest standards of talent, which Phipps Cameron has a proven track record of providing. They are an unapologetically high-performance team that emphasises the quality of their delivery for both clients and candidates, adhering to the high of standards. This commitment has led to a decade of success and a recent expansion into Europe, where their office is experiencing significant growth and has quickly established itself as the partner of choice for German-speaking and European clients and candidates.
Summary

You will nurture and expand a network of candidates, enabling you to respond to these requirements quickly and effectively.
